Erin is currently serving as the Marketing and Communications Fellow at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley (HFSV) through the Leavey School of Business Community Fellows Program. Erin is currently pursuing a major in Business Management and a minor in Women & Gender Studies at Santa Clara University.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Erin deeply values being surrounded by diversity and the closeness of her cultural community. She hopes to expand her worldview by engaging with communities beyond her own and learning about the different and shared challenges others face.

With a passion for justice and advocating for underrepresented voices, Erin has been involved in and is part of many service-oriented organizations focused on making tangible change. She has spent a lot of time working at the Multicultural Center at Santa Clara University as a center assistant and is now the Community Development Director for 2024-2025.
