Hispanic Foundation College Success Center (HFCSC)
The Hispanic Foundation College Success Center (HFCSC) is a resource hub to increase educational opportunities for Latino students and their families. It would be a “one-start-hub” for college aspiring elementary, middle, high school students and their parents to obtain college access information, advice, guidance, workshops, and online resources.
Reporting to the HFSV Education Programs Manager, the Education Programs Coordinator will undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks related to the HFCSC’s STEM education and college readiness programs carried out in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties. The Education Programs Coordinator will join the team in planning, organizing, managing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties that require strong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and a team player with a growth mindset. This position will be responsible for the effective management of programs according to the Program Manager’s organizational goals and objectives. All educational programs work closely with students, parents, educators, administrators, and third parties to bring students and their families onto a college-bound path.
