Leadership Development

LBLA Class XIX Session 1

We welcomed 41 Latinx professionals to the Latino Board Leadership Academy Class XIX, two of whom are current HFSV Board Members. After the 10-week program, Class XIX will join a network of over 500 like-minded Latinx professionals. The Latino Board Leadership Academy trains Latinos to volunteer their time in leadership roles as board members of nonprofits in our region. Due to popular demand, this year marks the first time we have held three academies in one year. Special thank you to our funders, Castellano Family Foundation, Flex, Sobrato Family Foundation, and the Morgan Family Foundation. To learn more about LBLA click here.
