Ray Montalvo has nearly 25 years of experience in the corporate real estate and workplace services sector and is currently Vice President of Real Estate and Workplace Services at GoPro. In this role, Ray oversees GoPro’s global real estate portfolio and the workplace operations team, providing services and amenities to the company’s offices around the world. Ray’s passion in developing GoPro’s culture and manifesting the brand through the workplace environment has resulted in internationally-recognized innovative and inclusive company office locations around the world. Prior to GoPro, Ray served in Director roles in real estate and corporate services at numerous Silicon Valley companies, including Walmart eCommerce, Shutterfly and Electronic Arts from 2005 to 2015. Ray had an early start in Silicon Valley in 1991 – working for an electronic component distributor before starting with his family’s bakery & café business, Le Boulanger, in 1995. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Santa Clara University and is a San Francisco Bay Area native, currently living in Los Altos with his wife and two daughters.
