We’re excited to share the positive impact of the Eastside Education Initiative (EEI).

Through this collective impact, the coalition advocates for equal funding and promotes college and career readiness in East San Jose schools. 

With successful pilot initiatives in the Mt. Pleasant Elementary School District, we’re now expanding our programs to the Alum Rock Union School District. This expansion is crucial as it addresses the funding disparities in East San Jose schools, aiming to overcome limitations in delivering supplemental educational opportunities and building educational equity collectively.

Our commitment to a holistic approach involves engaging students and families ensuring comprehensive educational support. With over 210 engaged EEI families, we aim to double our impact in the upcoming school year, reaffirming our dedication to empowering East San Jose families on their educational journey.
