Meredith is a Director of Recruiting at NVIDIA and has previously led hiring at Apple, Dell, and various other prestigious organizations over 25 years. Making Silicon Valley a more inclusive place and paving the road for underrepresented groups in technology has been a professional focus and passion for over 10 years. She has been a member of corporate employee resource groups as a leader, participant, and ally, including those supporting Hispanic/ Latino, Black/ African American, LGBTQ+, and veteran professionals. Meredith is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Linguistics and Literature and a minor in Business Foundations and is a 7th-generation Tejana.

Her community involvement also includes membership in Latino Community Foundation Giving Circles, participation in the National Charity League with her daughter Katie, cheering on her son Patrick to all his sporting events/ games/ practices, organizing team fundraisers, and volunteering thousands of hours at his snack shacks. She’s an avid traveler, epicurean, tattoo enthusiast, and typical Sagittarius.
