Javier Diaz is the founder and CEO of OSI Engineering and an influential Latino community leader. For over 19 years, Javier has been deeply involved in various initiatives and programs that support advanced education and entrepreneurial development within the Latino community. He serves on the Board of Directors at Sacred Heart Nativity School, where he contributes to providing quality education and opportunities for underprivileged students. As a mentor at Stanford University’s Latino Business Action Network Entrepreneurship Initiative, Javier guides and mentors aspiring Latino entrepreneurs, helping them navigate the evolving business world. 

His expertise and dedication have also earned him a place on the Advisory Board of the EY Entrepreneur Access Network, where Black and Latino entrepreneurs are actively empowered and mentored. Javier’s contributions to the tech industry, DEI, and his community have been recognized with numerous honors, including being named a Hispanic Technology Executive Council (HITEC) 100 Awardee. This honor highlights his positive influence as one of the most impactful Hispanic leaders in technology and reflects his ongoing commitment to advancing diversity and innovation in the industry.
