Deborah Baltodano Tilson brings a successful 25+ year career, with executive roles in Software Technical Sales at IBM and Business Development in Silicon Valley’s e-commerce sector. With her strong background in technology, operations, sales, and business development, she leads successful partnerships for Minted with companies such as Target, West Elm, and Samsung. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where she was an active member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers.  

Deborah is committed to fostering diversity and empowerment within the Hispanic community, making her a valuable addition to the HFSV Board. She brings a global outlook, as she emigrated from Nicaragua, is a fluent Spanish speaker, and has visited thirty-five countries. When home, Deborah lives in Burlingame with her three children (proudly all native Spanish speakers), husband, and adorable cat (Noches).
