Dear HFSV supporter,

As we reflect on the past two years, I’m filled with pride and gratitude for all we’ve accomplished together at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley. Our mission to empower Latinos in STEM and advance educational excellence remains stronger than ever.

Through our College Success Programs, we served 6,639 K-12 families, achieving an impressive 88% program graduation rate. The Latinos in Technology Initiative continues to break barriers, supporting nearly 600 STEM scholars. Since 2016, 457 scholars graduated, joining a growing network of Latino STEM professionals transforming industries and communities.

Looking ahead, we are doubling our commitment to “transforming futures, one Latino in STEM at a time.” Our new strategic plan amplifies this mission by scaling proven programs, launching innovative initiatives, and deepening corporate partnerships.

We are proud to be the only Foundation in Silicon Valley led and managed by Latino professionals. We are grateful for your support and look forward to seeing more of you during our 2024-2025 events.
